1 1/2 cup pureed fresh mango pulp
1 cup water
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup corn syrup
1/3 cup fresh lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, sugar, corn syrup and fresh lime juice together in a large bowl. Add pureed fresh mango. 2.- Pour mixture into a 13X9 baking dish, slide into the freezer and "Still-freeze" the mixture-stir it thoroughly after 45 min. then twice more at 15 min. intervals. 3.- Serve with springs of fresh mint.
