2 heads lettuce, washed and torn into bite-sized pieces
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 10 oz. bag frozen peas
1 c. chopped celery
1 8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts
2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
5-6 hard boiled eggs, cooled and chopped
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the mayonnaise, sugar, and salt. Fold in the hard boiled eggs. In a 9x13 dish layer the salad as follows: lettuce, green onions, frozen peas, chopped celery, water chestnuts, mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle the top with bacon and parmesan cheese.
