Ingredients:  
6 medium yellow squash
4 onions
3 small clove garlic
Chicken stock made from 6 bouillon cubes
Enough water to cover 2-3 small Irish potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic and butter until transparent. Add cut up squash, sliced potatoes, chicken stock and cover. Cook until tender. Put in blender and add 1- 1 c. milk. Salt and pepper to taste. Freezes well.
