7 boiled potatoes, minced and grated 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. sour cream 1 c. grated cheese Ĺ c. milk 1/3 c. chopped green onion 2 tbsp. melted butter 1 c. crushed corn flakes Ĺ c. Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix soup, sour cream, grated cheese, milk, green onion, and melted butter and pour over potatoes. Separately mix together crushed corn flakes, Parmesan cheese, and 2 tbsp butter and pour over potatoes. Bake for 30 minutes in a 9X13 pan.
