c. soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 lb flank or sirloin, sliced into -inch thick pieces
2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 large green pepper, sliced
1 small onion, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate first 6 ingredients at least 2-3 hour or overnight. Preheat microwave browning dish 5 minutes on high. Add meat and stir until sizzling stops. Add vegetables. Do not cover. Cook on high 5 to 8 minutes until tender crisp and meat is done. Stir every 2 to 3 minutes. If desired, serve over cooked rice or noodles.
