2 14 oz. cans of asparagus (drained) 1 green pepper (chopped) 1 green onion bunch (chopped)
Dressing: ¾ c. vegetable oil ½ c. red wine vinegar ½ c. sugar ½ clove garlic (minced)
Layer the vegetables in a 13X9-inch pan (or whatever size you wish). Mix dressing ingredients and pour over asparagus and marinate for at least 4 hours before serving. Drain marinade before serving and garnish with small jar of pimento (drained).
