1 unbaked 9-inch deep pie shell (4-c. volume)
2 eggs
1 can (16 oz.) Libby’s solid pack pumpkin
¾ c. granulated sugar
½ tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp ground cloves
1 can (12 fluid oz.) undiluted Carnation evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pie shell. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Beat eggs lightly in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients in the order given. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce temp to 350 degrees and bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center come out clean. Cool on wire rack.
