2 large cream cheese
1 small crushed pineapple, drained well
2 c. chopped pecans
c. bell pepper, chopped finely
1 tsp Garlic salt
2 tsp finely chopped onion
1 box Sociable Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese and mix with 1 c. nuts and all other ingredients. Then roll cheese ball in the other cup of nuts. Serve with crackers.
