1 stick butter
1 stick margarine
c. shortening
3 c. sugar
5 large eggs
3 c. flour, sifted
c. cocoa
tsp baking powder
1 c. milk
2 tsp vanilla (added to milk)

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and dry ingredients together 2 times. Set aside. Cream butter and shortening; add sugar, one cup at a time and beat well. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour. Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake tests done.

Chocolate Icing: 2 c. sugar; 1 small can evaporated milk; 10 large marshmallows; 1 stick butter; 1 (6 oz.) pkg chocolate chips

Put sugar, evaporated milk and marshmallows in a saucepan and bring to a boil on medium heat. Cook 6 minutes from time it boils (stirring occasionally). Take off heat. Add 1 stick butter and 1 (6oz.) pkg chocolate chips. Beat until thick and ready to spread, about 5 to 10 minutes.
