Ingredients:
1 pack of wild rice
1 carton of veg. broth(could use chicken)
1 package of fresh sliced mushrooms
1/2 of a large onion or 1 small onion, chopped
pinch of sage, salt, and pepper
4 cloves of garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Partially cook (about 20 min.) wild rice on the stove using 1/2 of your broth instead of water. Add the partially cooked rice, broth, onions, mushrooms, garlic, and spices in a casserole dish. Bake in the oven (with a lid or foil) on 350 for about 30-40 min. Let cool and serve.

*Because I don't usually use recipes this is as specific as I can get. I suggest add spices and garlic according to your tastes. Another variation with this is to add tofu that has been scrambled in oil, soy sauce, and SPIKE seasoning. A great vegetarian dish!
