1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 thin slices Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. water
6 chicken breasts, skinned, boned & pounded flat
3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt, and pepper. Stir egg and water together with a fork. Coat each chicken piece with flour. Dip into egg mixture and then coat with crumbs. Press crumbs in firmly. Heat oil and butter in large skillet over medium heat. Brown chicken 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Place browned chicken in baking dish. Top each piece with a slice of ham and a slice of swiss cheese. Bake at 350 until cheese melts.
