1 c. sugar
2/3 c. oil
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar, oil, and eggs. Stir in dry ingredients and blend well. Stir in raspberries. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

You can substitute other berries. I often used frozen mixed berries or frozen strawberries. Be sure to cut larger pieces of fruit before adding to the mix.
