½ lb egg noodles—medium cooked ¼-1/3 in. (12 oz pack is ok)
6 eggs
1 lb cottage cheese
3 oz cream cheese
¼ lb melted butter
1 cup sour cream
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup melted butter
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
½ cup brown sugar

1. Spray 9x13 pan with Pam.
2. Put noodles in pan.
3. Blend cottage cheese, cream cheese, melted butter, sour cream, sugar, vanilla in a food processor
4. Pour blended ingredients over noodles
5. Mix topping ingredients: ¼ cup melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and brown sugar
6. Add topping
7. Cook at 350° for 45 minutes-1 hour. Should pop up like a cake when finished.
