1 cup mayonnaise (light or regular) 1 cup parmesan cheese 1 can of artichoke hearts (drained and squeezed with hands—cut in small pieces) White bread
1. Mix mayo, cheese, and artichokes 2. Lightly toast white bread 3. Cut off crust and cut into 4 squares 4. Top toast with mixture 5. Bake at 350°-375° for about 15-20 minutes until bubbly and slightly golden
