2 Pet Ritz frozen pie crusts
1/2 lb bacon or Bacos from jar
1 (15 oz.) can Snow's Condensed New England Clam Chowder
3 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. sour cream (1 small container) 2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp pepper
3 slices American Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Bake shell 8 minutes. Remove from oven. Reduce oven temp to 325. In bowl combine bacon, chowder, eggs, onion, sour cream, parsley, and pepper. Mix well. Pour 2/3 of the mixture into shell, arrange cheese slices on top. Pour remaining chowder mixture over cheese. Bake 50-55 minutes or until set. Let stand 20 minutes before cutting. Refrigerate leftovers.
