2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. mini semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease a cookie sheet, set aside. In a med. bowl beat egg whites, vanilla, and cream of tartar with a mixer on high speed until soft peaks form. Add sugar, 1 tbsp at a time beating until stiff peaks form, fold in chocolate pieces. Drop mixture by rounded tsp 2-inches apart on prepared cookie sheet. Bake in a 300 oven about 20 minutes or till firm and bottoms are lightly browned. Transfer cookies to a wire rack and let cool.
