3 medium avocados
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg taco seasoning
2 cans French's bean dip
1 cup chopped green onions
1 - 6oz. can pitted black olives, coarsely chopped
2 - 4 T. pickled jalapenos, minced
3 medium tomatoes, cored, seeded and chopped
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese or Mexican blend, shredded
tortilla chips

Directions:

Spread bean dip on 15" shallow platter or tray. Freeze. Mash avocados, salt, pepper, and lemon juice with a fork. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco mix. After bean dip has hardened, spread avocado mixture on bean dip, then sour cream mixture. Sprinkle on onions, olives, and jalapenos (if desired).

Refrigerate until ready to serve. When ready to serve, add tomatoes and top with cheese.
