3 c. Bisquick Mix
1 lb. sausage, hot flavor
16 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Bring sausage and cheese to room temperature. In a large bowl, combine sausage and cheese. Add Bisquick 1/2 cup at a time, working in dough with hands. Roll into balls - ping pong size or smaller, and place on a large cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until browned. May be frozen before baking. Thaw before cooking.
