1/4 stick butter or margarine (2 tbsp.)
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 C Half & Half
3/4 C packed light brown sugar
1/4 C sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter or margarine.
2. Stir in flour, then Half & Half.
3. Cook and stir constantly until boils and thickens.
4. Boil 1 minute.
5. Stir in brown sugar, sugar and salt until smooth.
