2 c. chopped spinach, fresh or frozen (10 oz. pkg.)
2 bunch green onions, chopped
1 (8 oz) can sliced water chestnuts
1 pkg. dried vegetable soup mix
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1 lb. loaf rye, pumpernickel or sourdough bread

Directions:
Directions:
If using frozen spinach, thaw and squeeze out water. Combine all ingredients except bread and chill at least 3 hours. Hollow out loaf of bread, saving shell. Cut bread into cubes. Serve dip in the bread shell, using cubes for dipping.
