1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped carrots
2 c. chicken broth

1/2 c. margarine or butter
2/3 c. flour
4 c. milk
1/2 lb. cheddar, grated.

Directions:
Directions:
In one pan mix first 6 ingredients and cook for 10 minutes.
In another pan, using the next 3 ingredients, make the white
sauce and add in the cheese. Combine the two mixtures and
simmer for "a while!"
