1 lb. ground beef
15 oz. can of tomato sauce
1 T. garlic powder
8 oz. wide egg noodles - boiled and rinsed
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cup cottage cheese (medium-sized carton)
1 bunch of green onions chopped
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and drain any grease. Add tomato sauce and garlic
powder and simmer. Mix together the next 4 ingredients. In
casserole dish layer meat - noodle mix - meat and top with
shredded cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
