1/3 C butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2 C milk
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. Cheese Whiz
Dash of white pepper
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 pkg. Buddig Beef, sliced

Melt butter in pan, blend in flour, gradually stir in milk.
Cook slowly, stirring constantly until thick.
Add remaining ingredients. Heat through.

Serve over toast or English muffins.
