1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. flour
2 cups whole milk
4 egg yolks
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Stir sugar and flour together in a medium-sized saucepan. Add milk and heat. Slowly add beaten egg yolks. Stir until thickened and mixture just begins to boil. Remove from heat and add chocolate, stirring until melted. Stir in vanilla and butter. Pour into 4 individual dishes and let cool until set. Refrigerate any leftovers.
