1 (8oz.) pkg fine noodles
12 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 bunch green onion, chopped
2 lbs ground beef
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp sugar
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles and drain. Place in a grease 9X13-inch casserole. Stir together cream cheese, sour cream and onion. Spread on top of noodles. Brown ground beef. Add salt, pepper, sugar and tomato sauce. Simmer 5 minutes. Spoon beef mixture on top of noodle cream cheese layers. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 if mixture is freshly assembled or 1 hour if the mixture has been refrigerated.
