3 egg yolks
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1/2 c. bottled lemon juice from concentrate
Yellow food coloring (optional)
1 (8- or 9-inch) baked pastry shell or graham cracker crumb crust
Whipped cream or whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325. In med. bowl, beat egg yolks; stir in sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and food coloring if desired. Pour into pastry shell; bake 30 minutes. Cool. Chill. Spread with whipped cream. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
