1 yellow cake mix (18 1/4 oz.)
1 jar (11 oz.) lemon curd
1 c. whipping cream
1 tbsp. powder sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 or temp. specified in cake-mix instructions. Spray a glass 9X13-inch baking pan with an oil-flour nonstick spray such as Baker's joy. Mix the cake mix according to pkg directions (Ours called for water, 3 eggs and 1/3 c. vegetable oil). Measure out 1/3 c. lemon curd and set aside. Add the remaining lemon curd to the cake batter and mix well. Bake the cake according to pkg directions or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove from the oven and cool completely. While the cakes bakes, beat whipping cream until see peaks form. Add the remaining lemon curd and powdered sugar. Continue to beat until stiff. Refrigerate until the cake cools. Frost the top of the cake with flavored cream. Serve at once or refrigerate until ready to serve. Leftovers will keep, refrigerated for several days.
