Baked Grits Recipe

1 C instant Grits
1 roll garlic cheese
3/4 stick margarine
3 eggs
Milk as needed
1 C crushed conrflakes
1/2 stick margarine, melted

Cook the instant grits (as directed on pkg. ) for 5 minutes. Add
the garlic cheese and margarine. Put 3 eggs in a measuring cup
and add enough milk to make 1 cup. Add to grits mixture and
cook 1 - 2 minutes.
Pour into a sprayed baking dish. Mix crushed cornflakes and
melted margarine and sprinkle over grits mixture in baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
