2 lbs. chuck beef or soft ribs
1 onion, minced
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 8oz. bag of very thin noodles
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer the seasoned beef in water (to cover) for 2 to 3 hours.
Remove beef from broth and set aside. Add the thin noodles to
boiling broth and cook for 30 minutes. Cut up meat into bite-
sizes and add back to the soup. Add chopped parsley to soup
just before serving.
