8 slices of bread, cubed
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
4 eggs
21/2 cups milk
3/4 T. dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread cubes in greased 9x13 pan. Top with cheese. In skillet, brown meat, drain and place on top of cheese. In mixing bowl, beat eggs with 21/2 cups milk and mustard. Pour over ingredients and refrigerate over night. Next morning, dilute soup with 1/2 cup milk. Pour over casserole. Bake 11/2 hours at 300
