1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Raisins
1/2 Cup Shortening
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1 Cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Put in pan and boil 3 Minutes, Cool and add 2 cups flour and 1 teaspoon soda, dissolved in small amount of water add 2 cups of flour and bake. 350 degrees for 35 min or until when toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean.
