Velvet Crumb Cake Recipe

1 1/3 C Bisquick Mix
3/4 C sugar
3 T crisco
1 egg
1/3 C milk
1 t. vanilla

Broiled Topping:
3 T butter, soft or melted
1/3 C brown sugar
2 T. milk
1/2 C coconut

Mix the Bisquick and sugar. Add the crisco, egg, and the milk
and vanilla. Stir well. Bake in a greased 9 " cake pan at 350 for
35-40 minutes. Mix the topping ingredients and spread over the
hot cake. Put under the broiler for a few minutes (watch it) until
slightly browned and bubbly.
