1 pkg frozen hashbrowns, thawed
1/4 cup melted butter
1 dozen eggs
1 cup cream or half & half
Meats as desired: sausage, bacon, ham
Veggies as desired: onion, green pepper
3 cups cheese
Knorr Swiss Hollandaise Sauce pkg mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hashbrowns & butter together & pat into a crust in bottom of glass baking dish. Bake at 350 until firm & edges are just crispy. Cool. Next morning, combine the rest of ingredients, pour into crust & bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes. Serve with prepared Knorr Swiss Hollandaise Sauce.
