10 slices bacon
1/4 c. red onion chopped
3 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 c. mayonnaise
1 head fresh broccoli, cut into florets
1/2 c. raisins or chopped dates
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. sunflower seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon, drain and crumble. Set aside.
In bowl, combine broccoli, onion and raisins or dates. In another bowl, whisk together vinegar, sugar and mayonnaise.
Pour over broccoli mixture, toss until well mixed and refrigerate for at least two hours. Before serving, toss and sprinkle with bacon and sunflower seeds.
