6 hard boiled eggs, halved lengthwise
1/4 cup mayonaise
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp prepared mustard
1/4 tsp salt
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Remove egg yolk. Mash or run through food mill or grinder. and combine with remaining ingredients. Refill egg whites

You may sprinkle with paprika or for extra flavor or color add chopped pimento or olives or green onions to yolk mixture
