Ingredients:  
l can drained whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
2 beaten eggs
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin
1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
1 stick butter or margarine
1 pt. sour cream
2 cups greated cheddar cheese
1 T green pepper, finely chopped (optional)
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion & pepper in butter. Fold corn into beaten eggs. Add Jiffy corn muffin mix to egg mixture, then add onions & peppers. Put into well greased 9x12 inch baking dish . Spread over with sour cream & cheese . (I mixed everything together & do not layer) Bake at 375 degrees for 40 min.
