1 1/2 C Bisquick
1/2 C sugar
1 egg
1/2 C milk or water
2 T shortening
1 t vanilla


Topping:
1/2 C. Flaked coconut
1/3 C. packed brown sugar
1/4 C. nuts
3 T. margarine
2 T. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour 8 x 8 pan. Beat all ingredients together except the topping, pour into pan. Bake 350 30- 35 minutes.

Mix together the topping ingredients. Spread over hot cake and broil about 3 minutes.
