4 whole eggs beaten
1 tsp salt
2 C flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the beaten eggs, salt and flour. Knead well. Cut into two balls and roll out very thin, let the dough dry (about 3 hours), then roll up the dough like a jelly roll and cut noodles. Let the noodles dry over night

Mom made noodles for special occasions and usually served them with a stewed chicken.
