1/2 C margarine
1/3 C sugar
1/3 C brown sugar
2 T water
1 t vanilla
1 C flour
1/4 t baking powder
1/2 C nuts
1/2 C coconut
6 oz chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in sauce pan, remove from heat add sugars and blend, add water, egg vanilla and beat well. Mix in flour, baking powder. When thoroughly blended add remaining ingredients, pour into 9 inch baking pan. Bake 350 30 minutes. Cool in pan and cut into squares.

Mom did not think a meal was complete without dessert. This was a quick dessert to serve. She usually served them warm.
