4 sqs melted unsweetened choc.
1/2 C vegetable oil
2 C sugar
4 eggs beaten in 1 at a time
2 tsp vanilla
2 C flour
2 tsp baking powder

Directions:

Mix together the above ingredients, chill over night roll into balls and dip in powdered sugar. Bake 350 for 9 min. DO NOT OVER BAKE!

I use a cookie scoop when I make any cookies and it make uniform nice cookies.

I have substituted apple sauce for the oil in these cookies and it works great (less calories).

These cookies were always a family favorite at Christmas time.
