2 Cups Almonds, whole raw
1 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Butter
1/2 Tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put first three ingredients in a heavy iron skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar caramelizes and the almonds are toasted. When done quickly stir in vanilla and pour onto a buttered cookie sheet. When cool break into pieces.
