1/2 Cup Salad Oil
1/2 Cup Vinegar, I like red wine vinegar
1/2 Cup Onion, chopped
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Pepper
2/3 Cup Sugar
1 Can Red Kidney Beans
1 Can Garbanzo Beans
1 Can Yellow Wax Beans
1 Can Green Beans
1 Sm. Can Mushrooms, if desired

Directions:

Mix first six ingredients together and pour over mixed beans. Marinate overnight, stirring a couple of times.
