1 Cup Sugar
3 Eggs, separated
1 Cup Milk
3 Tbsp. Flour
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour into sugar, add to beaten egg yolks. Add lemon juice and beat well. Add milk and mix. Fold in beaten egg whites and pour into a pan. Set pan in hot water and bake 45 minutes at 350 (longer if doubled).
