1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 (.7-ounce) package dry Italian style salad dressing mix
1 pound loaf cocktail rye bread
2 cucumbers, chopped, and all liquid squeezed out of them

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream
and dry dressing mix. Then fold in cucumbers.

2. Spread on slices of cocktail rye.

Note: you can garnish with a thin twisted slice of
cucumber or dill sprig.
