1 ½ cup of orange juice
1/4 cup agave nectar
1/4 cup Grade B Maple Syrup
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
¼ teaspoon red pepper
1 shallot
1 tablespoon of corn starch.

Directions:
Directions:
1.Sauté shallot in 1 tablespoon of canola oil for one to two minutes.2.Increase heat to high and add orange juice, agave, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and red pepper. 3.Simmer until syrupy and mixture reduces to one cup. Dissolve cornsarch into 1/4 cup of water and add. Cook until mixture thickens. 4.Using a pastry brush, baste turkey breast while cooking. 5.Reserve some liquid to pour on cut slices.
