1 cup of kosher salt
1/2 cup of Agave
1/2 cup of Maple Syrup
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon of roasted garlic
1 tablespoon of allspice
1 tablespoon of tarragon

1. Combine ingredients in large stock pot. 2. Bring to a boil.3. Allow to cool before adding poultry.
