1 pkg cream cheese- softened
1 loaf white bread
1 and 1/4 cups sugar (keep divided)
1/2 stick butter
1 egg yolk
1 Tbsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cut crusts off the white bread. Roll all pieces of bread flat with a rolling pin. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, the 1/4 cup of sugar, and the egg yolk. Mix until all are combined. Melt the sitck of butter. Combine the cup of sugar and the cinnamon in a different bowl. Next, spread the cream cheese onto the flatened pieces of bread. Roll the bread corner to corner. Dip each into the butter first, moving directly to the cinnamon/sugar mixture second. Place the completed roll onto a pan. Upon completing all pieces of bread, place them into the over at 375 for 15-20 minutes. Let cool slightly, then serve. Tastes very similar to cinnamon toast........but with a twist.
