10 ears of fresh corn 1 cup of half & half 1 T sugar 1 tsp salt 1/2 stick of butter or margarine
Cut corn off the cob. This can be easily done by using an electric knife. Add the rest of the ingredients. Place in microwave oven on high for 8 min. or 200 degrees for 1 hr in conventional oven. Place in containers and freeze until ready to be used.
