¼ cup butter
7 oz flaked coconut
½ cup pecans, chopped
8 oz cream cheese, softened
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
16 oz whipped topping, thawed
2 – 9 inch pie shells, baked per package directions
12 oz caramel ice cream topping/sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet. Add coconut and pecans, sauté until golden brown. Let cool. In separate bowl, mix cream chesse and milk until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Layer cream cheese mixture in cooled pie shell, drizzle caramel on top, layer coconut mixture then repeat, ending with coconut layer. Wrap and freeze. Take out 10-20 minutes before eating. Delicious!
