1 pkg Pepperidge Farms stuffing mix
2 cups of cut up cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soups together, thinning with about to of the chicken broth. Pour a cup broth in bottom of 9x9 or 9x13 casserole dish. Begin layering with about 1/3 of the stuffing. Then layer chicken, then soup mixture. Repeat with stuffing, chicken and soup. End with layer of stuffing on top. Use remaining broth to wet the stuffing. Bake in oven at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until bubbling. Great with rice. Can make ahead and freeze.
